We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. However, there will be a 20% RESTOCKING fee.

To maintain the value of our brand for everyone, we ask that you sell our products at our recommended MSRP or higher (at least double the wholesale price). Please refrain from marking down Sterling Kreek products for at least one month after receiving them (unless part of a “site/store wide sale” (for example-a Black Friday sale, cyber Monday, etc). Any violations of these guidelines, could result in revoking access to your wholesale account.
