You must notify us of any problems, damages or missing items within the first 7 days of receiving your order to receive a refund
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. However, there will be a 20% RESTOCKING fee.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy.
Discounted items (on sale items) are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
By signing up for a wholesale account with Sterling Kreek, you are confirming that you have all documentation required by the state in which you reside, to purchase products wholesale. Furthermore, verifying that you do not own or run a "buy in" group. To maintain the value of our brand for everyone, we ask that you sell our products at our recommended MSRP or higher (at least double the wholesale price). Please refrain from marking down Sterling Kreek products for at least one month after receiving them (unless part of a “site/store wide sale” (for example-a Black Friday sale, cyber Monday, etc). Any violations of these guidelines, could result in revoking access to your wholesale account. As much as we hate to tell anyone how to run their business, we need to have guidelines in place, to prevent buy-in groups, or people who aren’t trying to run a profitable business from ruining opportunities for legitimate business owners.
