We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You may choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or store credit. However, please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Exceptions & Conditions
- Final Sale Items: Discounted and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Product Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition with no visible signs of wear or damage.

Sterling Kreek Wholesale Agreement
By signing up for a wholesale account with Sterling Kreek, you confirm that you possess all necessary documentation required by your state to purchase wholesale products. Additionally, you certify that you do not own or operate a "buy-in" group.
Pricing & Sales Guidelines
To maintain the integrity and value of our brand, we require all wholesale partners to adhere to the following pricing policies:
- Products must be sold at or above our Minimum Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) (at least double the wholesale price).
- Sterling Kreek products may not be marked down within the first 30 days of receiving them, except as part of a storewide promotion (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday).
- Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the revocation of your wholesale account.
We implement these policies to protect the value of our brand and to ensure fair market practices for all of our retail partners. Our goal is to support legitimate business owners while preventing buy-in groups or resellers from devaluing our products.
Order Minimum
A minimum order of $50 is required for all wholesale purchases.
Drop Shipping Policy
At Sterling Kreek, we do not offer drop shipping at this time. Our commitment is to provide fast shipping and quick turnaround times for our wholesale customers. Offering drop shipping from our warehouse would compromise our ability to maintain the level of service we strive for. For this reason, all wholesale orders must be placed and shipped directly to your business.
